About Us
From Humble Beginnings to Industry Leadership
In 1947, George Numrich opened a small gun shop in Mamaroneck, New York, calling it Numrich Arms. What began there has grown far beyond his wildest dreams. That little store, which first opened its doors in 1950, now stands as America’s number-one source for hard-to-find firearm parts and accessories.
After World War II, George carved out a nice niche by trading surplus military parts back and forth, and he soon realized there was real demand for pieces no one else had. This gamble set the stage for the company’s future business. Over the decades, it continued to expand its stock and refine its operations. Today, thanks to his early vision and that steady drive, the firm remains the top supplier of gun parts and accessories in the United States.
Our Mission: Preserving America’s Firearm Heritage
Numrich supports the American gun hobby by keeping on the shelf those small springs, hard-to-find screws, and other parts that fix, upgrade, or finish every model made yesterday or fifty years ago. We aren’t just chasing dollars; we’re trying to preserve pieces of history so that every firearm, new or old, can still impress tomorrow’s shooters.
Known for our vast inventory of parts and down-to-earth crew, Numrich has become the go-to shop for backyard tinkers and serious collectors alike. Whether you are fine-tuning a vintage deer rifle, returning a wartime piece to showroom shine, or just cleaning the everyday sidearm you carry, our know-how and stock are ready to keep you on target.
World-Class Facilities and Operations
Our main building is located at 226 Williams Lane, Kingston, NY 12401, situated in the scenic Catskill Mountains. There, we store seven massive warehouses, more than 1,000,000 cubic feet of space, and run our busy factory. That size allows us to hold one of the world’s widest selections of gun parts.
We are committed to bringing customers in the U.S. and Canada solid, reliable parts-whether modern commercial items, military surplus, or hard-to-find antique pieces. Due to our extensive inventory, we can offer both everyday production parts and older components that few others carry.

Since 1950, we’ve been America’s go-to source for both up-to-date and hard-to-find gun parts, accessories, and military surplus.
